To map the regional needs according to the proposed actions, maturity level political involvement and commitment, in collaboration with those developed the RIS-NAC Action Plans and the IRE secretariat. |

To create and enrich a continuously updated database of experts that could support the appropriate counselling schemes, by covering significant expert areas that show increased density of counselling needs. |

To organise and carry out the counselling schemes (described in the next page) |

To support the counselling services with enriched activities, outside the core thematic expertise. Such activities are awareness raising issues, visiting schemes organization and Goal Oriented Project Planning sessions (GOPP). |

To create a continuous momentum of information exchange on experts support and availability through online web support. |
