Tucson, Arizona, USA
Tucson is a diverse and dynamic metropolis of approximately 970,000 as of year-end 2005 and remains the second largest city in Arizona. Situated between Phoenix and the Mexican border, Tucson is strategically positioned to accommodate an expanding population base and the economic diversities of these two major trade areas.
Tucson is also located along the California and Texas transportation corridor, centered in the newly coined "Western Canamex" corridor.
The economy is burgeoning, driven by consistent population growth and solid construction activity. Job growth nearly doubled the national average in 2004 and the economy continues to accelerate in 2007.
