Campania region is in the South of Italy and it is bounded by the Tyrrhenian Sea, covers an area of about 13.595 km2 and has about 5,7 million inhabitants.
Campania is the second populated region in Italy, following Lombardia, but the most densely populated: more than twice the national average The city of Naples ranks third in population only behind Rome and Milan.
